ShrinkPro is a company who have designed and developed a unique range of heat shrink guns and have had invaluable help in this task from their designers, 3di in the UK, who have worked extremely hard to help bring these ideas from concept to end products.
The result has been an innovative blend of practical, safe, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing products of which we are very proud. The range offers excellent overall performance, reliability, and is competitively priced.
The ShrinkPro 10 heat shrink gun was the first product we brought to market. It received a good response from distributors and end users alike and will be followed by the Dual and Revolution shrink guns.
All our products have been registered with the European Union office of Intellectual property and carry IP indentification numbers: Shrinkpro10: 001291199-0001, Dual: 001311047-0001, Revolution 001311047-0002.
Shrink Pro will continue to develop and improve our unique Heat Shrink Gun range.

All systems carry a full 12 months parts only warranty from new, and a 3 months parts warranty from a service /repair centre subject to ShrinkPro's' discretion. This is subject to normal wear, tear and use excluding any consumables. i.e. Spark plug, Gas hoses, Gloves, Goggles.
Parts fitted outside the initial warranty period, by an approved Shrink Pro service repair centre are covered by a 3 months parts only warranty subject to Shrink Pro discretion. The company shall not be held responsible for any parts that are not fitted by our trained engineers. If you have any problems or queries regarding our shrink-wrap guns, please contact your supplier, as tampering or dismantling of the gun will invalidate your warranty. All warranties are NOT transferable
Warranty Registration (to be completed within 7 days of purchase period)
The end-user purchaser shall register its purchase of Shrink Pro products either by returning the enclosed Warranty card to the above address or electronically at warranty@shrinkpro.com . If you prefer, you can use the on-line registration Form/Link on the Shrink Pro website (www.shrinkpro.com). You may be required to supply a proof of purchase invoice from your Distributor to support your claim.
Claims for damage or non-delivery
Damaged or faulty goods and shortages must be reported to the company and the carrier in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, non-delivery of goods must be reported to the company in writing within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
Force Majeure
The company shall not be held responsible for any liability to deliver in consequence of war, changes in fiscal policy, strikes, lockouts, fire, breakdown, or any other contingence beyond our/its control.
Legal Construction
Any contract or arrangement shall be deemed to be made in England and shall be governed by English law for all purposes.

Shrinkpro’s privacy principles demonstrate our commitment to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all information that we collect.
If you have submitted personal information to us, you may at any time request to view it, have it removed from our database, or changed, by contacting us by email, letter or phone (details below).
What other information do we compile?
In addition to what is given on your registration form, our computers automatically retrieve information on your browsing behaviour through the site. This is used only in aggregate form; no individual user is identified. We can recognise visitors’ IP address and their country but we cannot identify their email addresses or any other personal information.
We will not make the statistics we compile about visitors to our website available to other organisations. This aggregated data allows us to track usage and generate reports on how the site is being used by visitors. This data is analysed internally to improve the service we provide to you.
